It's a busy world and often we find ourselves rushing from one thought to the next seemingly without a goal or an endpoint. Being aware of where "you" are in that moment how you feel and what your "goal" is in general, we see goals as an achievement such as learning to drive or finish the book we started to write. We don't usually include control and moderation of feelings as a goal set.
As kids, we're taught social behaviors that enable us to mingle and gather with like-minded peers
But what's the goal?
Self-awareness
How do we do "self-aware" and use it as meditation?
Acknowledgment
To be angry happy frustrated, where those emotions come from, and what to do with them.
Physiological responses vs learned
Am I really an empath
Am I self-aware
Are they my feelings
Are they a known or instinctual response
Using self-awareness to connect and sort emotions to form and shape personal responsibility, being immersed in but not led by self-awareness
