RLCPC Sept. 4th Meeting: How to Make Pasco a Bill of Rights "Sanctuary" County

Join Us for a Special Event on September 4th where we will learn how we can protect our constitutional rights from state/federal overreach through local action.

Our featured speaker, Mike Cartwright, is a retired law enforcement officer with a passion for defending constitutional freedoms and advancing local change. Mike will introduce a proposal ordinance to declare Pasco County a “Constitutional Rights Protected County”—an ordinance modeled after the one passed in Collier County.

This initiative, developed in partnership with the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA), aims to:

Stop state and federal overreach and violations of constitutional rights
Protect citizens from unconstitutional mandates, such as those seen during the COVID-19 era
Reinforce Second Amendment protections against federal overreach
Establish clear accountability mechanisms for enforcement at the county level
Empower the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) and Sheriff to uphold constitutional rights locally

Florida Bill of Rights County Ordinance Campaign @ Heritage Park 5401 Land O' Lakes Blvd. 6:30-8:30 September 4th. This will be epic as we spread the flame of Liberty across Florida, starting with Pasco County as a Bill of Rights Sanctuary County. Sheriff Nocco is supportive of this effort as well.
