The Sugarhouse - Annual & Termly Passes new for 24/25

As requested by so many of you, we are super excited to be introducing these passes for the 24/25 year.

The date is listed as 31st July 2025, to ensure that the passes can be bought all year round. The details below explain how they will work.

Annual Pass - Only 48 available

• Valid from 7th October 2024 to 27th June 2025
• Over 40% discount when compared to paying full price entry all year
• Free entry to all non-ticketed Wednesday and Friday events every term
• Q - Jump for all non-ticketed Wednesday and Friday events every term
• Discounted drinks between 10.30pm and Midnight every term
• Discounted Sugarhouse merchandise
• Invitation to annual thank you event Sugarhouse runs for JCRs / societies / clubs
• Exclusive early access to tickets for ticketed events (maximum of 2 tickets per pass holder)

Term 1 Pass - Only 147 available

• Valid from 7th October to 14th December 2024
• Over 25% discount when compared to paying full price entry all Term 1
• Free entry to all non-ticketed Wednesday and Friday events for Term 1
• Discounted drinks between 10.30pm and Midnight for Term 1
• Discounted Sugarhouse merchandise
• Invitation to annual thank you event Sugarhouse runs for JCRs / societies / clubs

Term 2 Pass - Only 150 available

• Valid from 15th January 2025 to 29th March 2025
• Over 25% discount when compared to paying full price entry all Term 2
• Free entry to all non-ticketed Wednesday and Friday events for Term 2
• Discounted drinks between 10.30pm and Midnight for Term 2
• Discounted Sugarhouse merchandise
• Invitation to annual thank you event Sugarhouse runs for JCRs / societies / club

All Sugarhouse rules still apply. Purchase of this card means you accept all T&Cs as follows:

1. If you lose your pass, there will not be a replacement, and you will no longer be able to claim the benefits as you need to show your pass when claiming any of the benefits.

2. When you are wanting to claim any of the benefits outlined above, you need to present your pass and your student ID together, to prove you are the correct user of the pass. Failure to show both to security, staff, management will result in you being refused the benefit.

3. If anyone other than the pass holder tries to use the pass to claim any of the benefits outlined above, then The Sugarhouse management has the right to permanently confiscate the card, and you will not be refunded the cost of purchase of the pass.

4. The passes only allow free entry into non-ticketed events, for ticketed events you will have to purchase a ticket as usual, the other benefits of the card still apply to ticketed events though.

5. You will need to come in person to Sugarhouse to collect your pass and show management your student ID with a photo.

Refund policy

For Annual Pass holders, once the first non ticketed event on 9/10/24 has taken place, you will not be able to claim a refund. For Term 1 Pass holders, once the first non ticketed event on 9/10/24 has taken place, you will not be able to claim a refund. For Term 2 Pass holders, once the first non ticketed event on 15/1/25 has taken place, you will not be able to claim a refund.
