Pole Strap Workshops!

This Saturday we have TWO pole strap workshops! 1hour 15 mins for each, £35 per workshop or £65 for both. Credits can be used too! (its 3 credits per workshop).

The first workshop is suitable for anyone with pole or aerial experience. So aerialists who have been dying to try, now is your chance!

Workshop 1
Low Flow - 11.45am Start - This workshop is all about beautiful flowing combos that require no climbing or inverting. Suitable for beginner to advanced pole dancers and aerialists.

Workshop 2
Tricks & Flow - 1pm Start - This workshop includes flowing combos that require a bit more pole ability. Ideally side climbs and inverts. However provided you can get to an outside leghang at height you should be able to take part. Due to this, the workshop is only suitable for those with pole experience of improver to advanced.

Please wear usual pole attire (shorts & vest top), you will need skin out for some moves so leggings are not ideal. (unless they are pole specific sticky leggings).

It is also recommended that you bring with you a wrist protector, a sweatband is usually enough. I have some to hand out, but if you have your own, even better!
