Mindfulness Hub for Kids

presented by New Horizons Mental Health Services
For school-age children
Drop in Mondays between 10 am and 3 pm
June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 July 7, 14, 21, 28 August 4
Main Library, Second Floor
Each week, youth will explore fun and interactive topics like
building resiliency, practicing mindfulness, self-care, and learning
simple breathing strategies. Sessions are designed to be age appropriate and engaging, with hands-on activities, crafts, and take home materials available for parents/caregivers. No registration
necessary.
