This seminar will not only teach you how to trust your intuition and spot dangerous situations, but also give you the physical tools you need to protect yourself when it matters most. From striking and grappling to effective defense tactics, you'll gain hands-on training to fight back with confidence. All of this will take place in a welcoming and fun environment led by experienced women instructors, ensuring you feel supported and empowered every step of the way. Join us and leave with the skills to recognize, avoid, and confront danger head-on.
