Guided by a seasoned fire chef, you’ll master essential fire-cooking techniques, from controlling flames and building embers to smoking, grilling, and creating dishes packed with bold, smoky flavours. Learn how to cook with confidence over an open flame, whether you’re roasting meats, charring seasonal veggies, or baking the perfect bread on the coals.
We'll take a break from the fire and explore some wild teas and tonics in a short walk along the seawall before coming back for a tasting and take a seat at our long banquet table, where a feast awaits. Think fire-roasted meats, seasonal sides, and desserts kissed by the flames, all paired with a glass of wine or locally brewed beer.
