Come join us for a fun and informative class structured around healthy eating and being active. The workshops will include nutrition education, and engaging components like food demonstrations, and activities that promote healthier beverage/food choices.

Directions: Enter the building, immediately turn left, walk all the way down, and turn right into the Wellness Community.
✨ Event Highlights: Each session will include nutrition education, stretching, and some food demonstrations. These elements help reinforce the lessons and provide participants with practical ways to eat healthier.
