Breathe Easy August

Another meeting with others living with a lung condition. The speaker will be Karen from CAB so I hope you'll have some questions for her. there will be the usual light refreshments and a little light exercise for those who wish to participate. There will also be a chance to check on Bob's progress with his sponsored beard grow. If you have not already pledged it can be a total for completing it or so much per cm. Hope to see you there.
