Come and join us as we welcome in the Autumn Equinox, taking some time to pause , reflect and to move gently forward in to the beauty of Autumn.
You will be welcomed with a divine Ceremonial cup of heart warming Cacao to deepen your experience of healing and relaxation.
This glorious mix of Cacao, Yin Yoga accompanied by a live sound Bath, a perfect deep winter reset for mind body and soul.
This is a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy a deeply nurturing Yin sequence designed to release muscular tension and restore natural equilibrium through out the whole body.
During this time you will be bathed and soothed by a harmonious and therapeutic sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes and gentle percussion, inviting you into to a deeper sense of calm.
You will leave floating on a cloud into your Sunday evening feeling utterly relaxed and refreshed.
