You can meet the servants to find out more about life below stairs and enjoy some traditional games in the garden. There's live music to bring the House to life and you can let the kids get stuck in with some creative craft.

Why not treat yourself to delicious homemade cake in the Friends pop up Victorian Tea Room. All ages welcome.

Plus it's part of Heritage Open Days so it's free entry Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September.

Behind the Scenes Tours – The Servants

tours at 11.15am, 12:00pm, 12.45pm, 1.30pm, 2.15pm, 3pm

Please note, there will be no tours during the following times due to lack of available staff:
Sat 13th September – 1.30pm
Sun 14th September – 12.45pm
We apologise for any inconvenience.

A special behind the scenes tour looking at the servants places including wine cellar, cold store and evidence for the city’s oldest public toilet.
Not to be missed!
Please note that this tour includes low ceilings, small rooms, steep steps and areas with minimum lighting.
