ONLINE 6-week BREATHWORK PRACTICE

NEW ONLINE BREATHWORK COURSE WITH NICOLA GARRETT
STARTING ON WEDNESDAY 25 June 2025 7.30-8pm
On Zoom

Come and join us for the 6-week course (cost £30) or just pop in for one session (£5 or donation of your choice). These are practice sessions where Nicola combines:

🍄 mindful practices (noticing how you're breathing and sensations in your body)

🍄 relaxing breath patterns (for times when you're feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and want to improve your sleep)

🍄 more energising practices (for times when you feel tired and need more energy).
