'Beating the Bounds for Oxygen’ is an epic 3-day journey around Ceredigion for a vital local cause. From August 15-17th, a dedicated team of rowers, cyclists, horse riders, and runners will trace the historic 125-mile county boundary. This is a story of community, heritage, and endurance.
We are doing this to raise £5,000+ for the Cardigan Oxygen Therapy Centre, a lifeline for people navigating the challenges of MS, cancer, and long Covid.
