Yin Yoga & Sound Bowls

Sound healing is an ancient modality designed to assist the listener into deep states of relaxation and meditation. Sound baths (a slightly deeper frequency, also included) can help lower tension and stress and guide people into feeling deep peace and ease. Sound bowls, chimes, flutes, and drums will be used.

Yin yoga, often referred to as meditating in shapes, offers yogis poses rooted to the earth in which they can face physical, emotional and psychological edges. Supported by props and soothing guidance the exploration of yin leaves the body refreshed, the mind inspired and emotional energy at ease.
Combining Yin yoga and sound healing is a dreamy experience you won’t want to miss!
