Unwind after your day and drop into deeper presence with this grounding midweek offering, guided by Caroline Kelly, RYT. Let the noise of the world fall away as you're led through a body-centered meditation supported by the gentle power of sound.

This experience weaves together crystal singing bowls, vocal toning, harmonium, chimes, drums, and bells to create a resonant soundscape that invites your nervous system into rest and regulation. Caroline’s nurturing guidance holds space for you to reconnect with your center and access stillness within.
