Gardening Basics & Wellness with Amanda Burger

In this session, we will explore the fundamental elements necessary for successfully cultivating plants, including selecting the right location, preparing soil, implementing companion planting, managing pests, and using natural fertilizers. Gardening provides numerous health benefits, both physical and mental, as it promotes exercise and reduces stress while allowing us to enjoy nature. Through gardening, we can foster mindfulness, connect with our surroundings, and grow delicious, nutritious plants. Join us on this journey to enhance your well-being through the art of gardening!

Amanda has lovingly cultivated seedlings for us to plant. We will provide each participant with a flowerpot, soil, and a variety of mixed herb and flower seedlings to create your own planter and start your gardening journey!
