PERIMENOPAUSE WORKSHOP
💜Join WINHER’s welcoming perimenopause/menopause support group! We will practice yoga for menopause followed by educational and uplifting discussions. Healthy snacks will be provided.
💜Denys Morgan, our experienced facilitator, is honored to be facilitating our first gathering! This ongoing, sacred women’s circle is being created with the intention of supporting women through all stages of the hormonal experience.
đź’śOur session will provide a safe space to navigate this significant life transition together. Sharing personal experiences helps to lift each other up.
In our meetings, you’ll:
đź’śShare your perimenopause and menopause experiences in a compassionate, understanding environment.
đź’śMaster effective breathing techniques specifically designed to manage hot flashes.
đź’śLearn focused meditation practices to improve mental clarity and reduce brain fog.
đź’śPractice gentle stretches and simple yoga poses to reduce body pain, balance hormones and improve sleep.
đź’śFind practical strategies and emotional support to help you thrive during this transformative time.
💜Whether you’re just beginning to notice changes or are well into your perimenopause or menopause journey, connect with others who understand what you’re experiencing.
💜Postmenopausal women are most welcome to attend. Our goal is to establish “meno-buddies.” We’d love to have women that have already been through “the change” to become mentors for those who are currently in the thick of it.
