Brotherhood of the Shell
📍 Every Thursday | 9–11 PM
📍 The Headspace at The Karma House
A space for real talk, real connection, and real support.
Brotherhood of the Shell is a weekly peer support group for men to come together and check in—no pressure, no posturing. Just a safe, grounded space to talk about the highs and lows of your week, the things you're carrying, and whatever's been on your mind. Whether you're working through something heavy or just want to be around other men showing up with honesty, you’re welcome here.
This group meets in The Headspace, a cozy, intentional room inside The Karma House—a community-focused kava bar that’s all about connection, healing, and conscious living. If you’ve never been to a kava bar before, you’re in for something special. Kava is a plant medicine from the South Pacific known for its calming, heart-opening effects. It’s traditionally used in ceremony and conversation, making it the perfect backdrop for this gathering.
No experience needed—just bring yourself. Come sip, settle in, and be part of something real.
