What you will need & How to prepare: (limited available on-site)*

• Yoga mat*
• Blanket*
• Pillow
• Blindfold/Eye covering*
• Water Bottle & Journal
• Suggested to dress in layers

Important:

• Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to check-in and set up. Class will start on time.
• Must be 18+ years old
• Avoid eating 30 minutes prior
• No alcohol in past 24 hours
• Not recommended to those pregnant or breastfeeding
