Step into a space of calm, clarity, and connection. This guided breathwork session is designed to support your nervous system, helping you release built-up tension and come back home to yourself. Through intentional breathing, you’ll soften stress, clear emotional and mental clutter, and invite a deeper sense of alignment and ease into your body and mind.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving a moment to reset - this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and realign.

Equipment: Please bring a yoga mat and water. A blanket, bolster(s) and eye mask are encouraged as well - anything to help you feel comfortable.
