Leather tooling is a creative skill that allows you to customize and decorate leather projects. In this workshop you’ll dive into this beautiful technique of designing & making feathers using leatherworking tools, carving, and coloring. When you complete the workshop you'll have a good understanding of the technique of leather feathers and a fabulous set of feathers .
Under Gene's expert eye, you’ll learn to work with essential tools like the swivel knife, bevelers, shaders and colors while exploring this specialized technique .
This workshop is suited for all skill levels whether you’re brand new to leatherworking or looking to brush up on new skills.
Tools will be provided during the class, but if you have your own, feel free to bring them along! Come ready to learn, create, and be inspired.
