🛑 WHY WE’RE PROTESTING
❌ Avelo is enabling illegal detentions and deportations without hearings.

❌U.S. citizens and work permit holders — like Juan Carlos Lopez-Gomez and Heidy Sanchez Tejeda — have been detained without cause.

❌DHS & ICE have unilaterally seized protected land in the Everglades to create a 5,000-person prison with no A/C and no access to lawyers by raiding FEMA and charging the state 450 million, despite the objections of county and tribal leadership.

❌Children are being separated from parents, denied legal representation, and even deported during active custody disputes — like two-year-old citizen known as V.M.L.

❌Our Constitutional rights — due process, legal counsel, protection from executive overreach — are being ignored
