In this EMBODY 2-Day Workshop you will experience, Heal Through Dance Practices including: Somatic Movement, Embodiment Practices, Ecstatic Dance, Breathwork, Journaling, Tea Ceremony, Women's Circle, Ritual, Ceremony and Sisterhood Connections.
