Each offering begins promptly at 7:00 PM and will be approximately one hour long, though it may run a little longer based on conversation and the group's energy.

The Full Moon radiates illuminating energy for release, completion, and deep integration. Her astrological alignment helps us acknowledge and let go of what no longer serves, stepping into your power with clarity and lightness.
We begin with grounding movements like Yoga, Tai Chi, or Qi Gong, drawing on earth's stability and air's freedom. Then, be bathed in singing bowl vibrations for deep peace. After this preparation, sacred ceremonial-grade cacao will be offered. As you sip this heart-opening elixir, you'll engage in a guided release. You will write down what you are ready to let go of—old habits, limiting beliefs, or anything that no longer serves your highest good—and then release it to the universe. This allows for profound introspection, connecting with water's intuitive wisdom and the sky's boundless spaciousness for a truly nurturing and healing experience.
