About the event

Aire Pole: Intro to Aerial Pole

This workshop combines pole with aerial arts and is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of aerial pole including various grips, body positioning, weight distribution, spin technique and climbing.

Prerequisites:
Previous pole or aerial apparatus experience is recommended. Wear fitted clothing that covers the skin. No jewelry and no buckles on clothing.
