Summer Morning SUP Yoga Series on Mirror Lake

Friday, 7:30-8:30 a.m., leaving from Mirror Lake Boat Rental (2403 Main Street, behind Player's Sports Bar)

An all levels yoga class on paddle board. We will find balance, flow, strength and breath in this hour SUP yoga flow on the lake.

*We will begin yoga at 7:30 a.m. sharp, please arrive no later than 7:15 a.m. at Mirror Lake Boat Rental to be able to launch your paddle board and be ready to begin class on time.

Register by June 1: $168 for all 12-classes, $96 for 6-classes

Register after June 1: $180 for all 12-classes / $102 for 6-classes, $20 for a drop-in.

Attend 6+ classes in the series and be entered to WIN a SUP paddle board at the end of the season!

If you do not have a board of your own to bring, boards will be available to rent for the hour for an additional $10 per class.
