Sourdough Bread Workshop All Things Risen Bakery
In our sourdough class you will learn the different stages of the bread, how to feed the sourdough, what it looks like when it's "active" and discuss what discard means.
You will walk away with a sourdough discard baked good and be able to sample a piece of sourdough bread with an option to purchase starter.
There will be 2 options available for purchase- hydrated ready to go starter and dehydrated starter $15.00 each.
They will also come with a guide that will review everything we talked about in class. The guide will focus feeding the starter, baking the bread and discard recipes so you can be successful at home.
The classes will be $40.00 each.

PARKING: You will not be charged parking or an admission fee to shop or attend a workshop at My New Favorite Thing.
If your workshop is scheduled on a day when Canterbury Village is hosting a special event, please walk up to the gate and provide your name—you will not be asked to pay an additional fee to attend your scheduled workshop.
Please note: Your workshop registration does not include admission to the Canterbury event itself. If you would like to stay and enjoy the rest of the village after your class, simply visit the front gate to purchase admission for the day.
Cancellation policy: No refunds but you can move to another class we have offered.
