Yoga in the Park

Reconnect with the rhythms of nature as you flow through a variety of yoga poses under the open sky with Yoga in the Park! Embrace the tranquility of outdoor yoga and find your inner balance while soaking in the beauty of your surroundings. All levels are welcome to join in this uplifting experience and the revitalizing journey of mind, body, and nature.

Bring a mat and water. (Blanket is optional). Participants who are 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
