Saturdays & Sundays | 7:00 AM

📍 Location: 2nd Ave, just north of the Belmar Fishing Pier (street parking available)

Breathe in the ocean air, move with the waves, and connect with nature in our all-levels beach yoga classes. Flow, stretch, and soak in the sun with Metta Yoga on the sand.

✨ What to bring:
🧘 Beach towel or mat
🌞 Sunscreen & water
👙 Swimsuit for a post-class dip
💛 An open heart

No experience needed—just come as you are 💫
