We’ll start by writing down everything we’re ready to release: the heaviness, the heartbreak, and all the things that no longer serve us. Then we’ll step outside and burn it in the fire — letting those flames transform the old into light, freedom, and peace.
Next, we’ll set our intentions for 2026 — the dreams, goals, and feelings you want to call in for the year ahead.
After that, you’ll lie back, get cozy, and melt into a powerful sound healing journey with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. The vibrations help your body relax, your energy reset, and your spirit align with the fresh new year ahead.
