As we say goodbye to 2025, it’s time to let go of the stuff that’s been weighing you down — the stress, the heaviness, the “I cannot do this anymore” energy — and make space for a softer, more aligned 2026. ✨

We’ll begin with a Fire Ceremony:
You’ll write down what you’re ready to release from 2025 — old patterns, people-pleasing, burnout, resentment, emotional junk — and then we’ll step outside and burn it, letting the fire transform it into something lighter, freer, and more powerful.

Then we’ll come back inside and write out your goals and intentions for 2026 — how you want to feel, what you want to call in, and the energy you want to embody in the new year.

From there, you’ll settle into Restorative Yoga with Jessica, supported by props, blankets, and cozy poses to help your body deeply relax and let go.

While you rest, you’ll receive live sound healing with Maria — crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drum, and other healing instruments to help reset your nervous system, clear your energy, and anchor in your intentions for 2026.

This evening is all about:

Releasing what’s heavy
Calling in what’s sacred
Starting 2026 feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded in you
