Something new is stirring in Lake City! Join me on Saturday, August 30th for a beautiful morning practice on Lake Missaukee as we pause for a moment to take in the last of summer before the season changes. This donation based class will benefit Community Hope in Missaukee County. Their Christ-centered work focuses on food access for everyone, children/youth mentoring, and supportive coaching for personal development through Love Your Neighbor Circles. We are stronger when we walk together in community. Suggested donation is $10.

Carving out time to quiet ourselves, pause, and reflect are important. Give yourself that gift. Create space and time to meet me on your mat. Missaukee Lake Community Park entrance fee is $5 if you don't have a sticker or you can walk in for free. Class will be located on the grassy space on the north end of the park by the marina.
