Full Moon Slow Flow + Sound Immersion with Kerrie and Pierce

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening under the glow of the full moon. This special class begins with a gentle Slow Flow led by Kerrie, designed to help you align with the expansive energies of the full moon. Through mindful movement and breath, you'll create space to reflect, release, and set powerful intentions.

In the second half of the class, surrender into stillness as you're immersed in the healing vibrations of Pierce’s extensive collection of sound healing instruments. Let the soothing tones of Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sacred sounds guide you into a state of deep rest and energetic renewal.

Come move, breathe, and receive as we honor the full moon together through movement and sound.
