Take your performance quality to new heights in this advanced lyra choreography workshop. Designed for Level 3/4 aerialists, this session will challenge your endurance, coordination, and stage presence as you flow through dynamic transitions, tempo changes, and layered movement. Expect musical interpretation, spinning phrases, and drops or momentum-based elements.
We’ll focus on precision, control, and performance presence while encouraging each student to bring their own expression to the piece. This is a great opportunity to grow as an artist, push your technical and creative limits, and build performance confidence—like a true AntiGravity performer.

Prerequisites
Participants must be confident in multiple air inverts, beat pathways, spinning direction changes, and entering/exiting poses mid-spin. Comfort with more complex mounts (e.g. straddle-back balance, or roll-ups) is recommended. Students must also demonstrate strong body awareness, back straddle, and spatial awareness while moving through sequences.
