Juice HACCP Train-the-Trainer - Lake Alfred

This Train-the-Trainer course will provide a comprehensive training to build knowledge of the Juice HACCP training curriculum and regulation, as well as implementation, and required supporting documents.

The training will cover important documents such as the Juice HACCP Hazards and Controls Guide, issued guidance including low acid juices and transportation of juices, and exemptions to the regulation.

This training is for registrants in Extension and Outreach roles from academia, trade organizations, NGOs, and CBOs. Prior HACCP training required (Juice HACCP preferred but other HACCP trainings will suffice). Hands on experience with specialized processing equipment is included. A pre- and post-test will be used to measure knowledge gain.

REGISTRATION

**Please note: NO substitutions, transfers, or refunds will be issued within one week of the training start date. NO minors are permitted to attend. NO animals allowed, except those defined as service animals under the ADA.**

The fee for this course is $1,500. Registration includes the course materials and certificate of completion. Participation for the entire training is required for the certificate.

Registration will be limited to the first 20 registrants.
