Join The Junaluskans on Thursday, August 28th at 6:30 PM at Lake Junaluska’s Memorial Chapel for a fascinating presentation by John Hooper. Learn about the unique Ukrainian Pysanky symbols embedded in the chapel’s beautiful stained glass windows, as featured in his book “Mystery of Memorial Chapel.” Discover the rich history and symbolism behind these artistic elements, connecting the chapel’s dedication to peace with Ukrainian cultural heritage. All are welcome and the public is encouraged to join us for this second program in our “Sacred Spaces” series, sponsored by The Junaluskans, a volunteer organization supporting Lake Junaluska through their gifts of time, art, prayer and labor.
