Waiola Church June 1 Worship

Aloha e Waiola ʻohana - You are invited to join us for our monthly in-person worship service on June 1 - the 202nd anniversary of our first sabbath.

On Sunday, June 1, 1823, Queen Keōpūolani, with the help of her Tahitian teacher, Tauʻa, and the Reverends Richards, Stewart, and Ellis, witnessed the first Christian worship service in Lāhainā.

In celebration of this occasion, Waiola Church will be holding worship at 10 am on June 1, 2025 with food (courtesy of ʻohana Kukahiko) and fellowship to follow.
