4-day Buddhist retreat

The month of May is the traditional birth month of the Buddha Gotama. The celebration of this day, known as Vesak, commemorates the birth, Enlightenment and passing away of the Buddha. This May 23-26 (Fri-Mon), 2025 the retreat will adapt the celebratory theme of Vesak, reflecting on the Life of the Buddha.

While sessions are based on Buddhist practices, they have universal application regardless if you are a Buddhist or a non-Buddhist, new to or experienced in meditation. 😇

As in most of our retreats, one can join us either full-time or part-time. For more information, fill up the application form; if you opt not to commit, simply do not finish filling up the form, and the process of application will halt.
