🦥 In today’s fast-paced world we often live on autopilot cut off from our inner voice and body. But science shows that mindful movement and breathwork can reduce stress regulate emotions and improve overall clarity. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system these embodied practices help lower cortisol levels improve self-awareness and restore inner balance.

🧘 The Move&Align Workshop is a space to gently step away from the noise and reconnect—with your body your breath and yourself. Through guided movement conscious breathing and reflective journaling you’ll create space to feel release tension and gain clarity on what you truly need right now.
