Welcome to the YogaSix Day- A celebration of our community and life giving benefits of yoga! Join us for free classes led by our experienced instructors.
FREE 5:15am Power Express (45 min)- fun, energetic, sweaty flow
FREE 6:15am Hot- sweaty, energizing and restorative
FREE 9am Mix- a powerhouse class with 3 of our favorites (hot, sculpt and restore)
FREE 10:30am Slow Flow- grounded, calm flow
FREE 12pm Sculpt & Flow- weight training meets yoga
FREE 4pm Restore- zen, relaxing, stretch-based
$25 Kids Yoga 1:30pm-3pm. You and your kiddo will explore yoga poses in a fun, engaging environement. We will play freeze tag yoga, read books, do storytelling, and even sing together! The first hour will be these activites, and then we will end with a cookie making workshop and popsicles.
Ages 4+. Includes one child, $5 per additional child.
