A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves that help calm the nervous system, lower stress levels, and support emotional and energetic healing. No experience needed — simply lay back and receive.
🧘♀️ Bring:
Yoga mat or blanket to lay on
Pillow
Blanket to cover up with
Eye mask/cover
Water to hydrate
Anything else you need to get comfy & relax
