A Very Spooky Community Workout

We will be opening our doors on October 25th for a FREE, and very spooky, community workout!!

The workout is free, open to the public and for all fitness levels!

Come see what The GLP is all about!

Each workout session will be limited to 8, and there will be three opportunities to join - at 8, 9 and 10 am!!

There will also be a costume contest with prizes!!!! Costumes as highly encouraged ;)
