Living with an Open Heart- a Trauma-Informed Sharing Space & Embodiment Circle with Annaleah Newman

Join this group to connect with community with the intention to live from an open heart. In this circle you can expect to engage in embodiment practices, visualizations, chanting, and breath work that will create inner harmony within your nervous system so that you can be more open and present in life. There will also be space for discussion on a topic connected to yoga and time for you to share about your experience or a challenge you may be going through.

Meet your facilitator:
Annaleah Newman: I am a yoga instructor, group facilitator, and eternal learner. My path is Bhakti yoga, the yoga of love, devotion, and service. It is my greatest intention to live from my heart center, creating positive change through love and acceptance. I believe in continuous growth and remain inspired by yoga’s power to cultivate inner harmony, its rich philosophy, and the myths that shape its history.
