Level Up: Core Strength

Looking for a fun, supportive way to move your body and feel strong? Try our Level Up aerial workout! It’s a great way to shake up your routine and build real strength on the ground and in the air.

Each week has a different focus, with a mix of core work, aerial yoga, cardio, stretching, resistance training, and strength-building exercises. You’ll move between the mat and the aerial apparatus, learning the basics of aerial while building strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence.

No experience needed! Show up as you are, open to all levels, all bodies, ages 13 and up.

1 hour class - $25
