Level Up: Aerial Pilates

This beginner-friendly Aerial Pilates class is a great way to ease into your practice by getting comfortable with the aerial silks, focusing on control, alignment, and core engagement, and building the strength to support your body both in the air and on the ground.

Aerial Pilates uses principles of mat pilates combined with the support of an aerial silk, allowing students to deepen their body awareness, improve posture, and move through targeted exercises with greater precision and support.
