Kids Fitness Summertime Pop Up

Looking for a fun way to keep your kids active and smiling this summer? Join Amber Bessard, fitness instructor and movement enthusiast, for a beginner-friendly Kids Fitness Pop Up—where fun meets fitness for children of all ages and abilities! Through playful activities and age-appropriate exercises, Amber creates an inviting space where every child can participate, explore movement, and have fun.
