Intro to Aerial Arts - adult class

Intro to Aerial Arts is designed specifically for adults who are new to aerial!

There are no prerequisites, this is an introductory class series for all skill levels and bodies - no previous aerial experience required!

Students will learn foundational skills on a variety of aerial apparatuses including fabric (hammock/sling & split silks/aerial silks) and bar apparatuses (static/dance trapeze & lyra/hoop).
