About the event

Breathe In: Restoration for Mental Health Professionals

This 3 hour event includes breathwork, restorative yoga with massage, and a sound bath. Bringing release to our joints and musculature and restoration to our nervous system, we let go of any trauma (ours or others') that may be stored in our body. You will leave rested and at peace.
