You’ll begin with an intuitive card pull to set a personal intention—one that will guide you through a profound 45–50 minutes of active breathing. Supported by a soul-stirring playlist designed to amplify your journey, you’ll move through emotional layers and energetic blockages, finding clarity, release, and renewal.
