Hello again, Gamers!
Our next Second Saturday will be on June 14. As usual, we will be at Walt's Other Pub. The seating policy has been working (thank you to everyone) so it remains unchanged. We look forward to seeing you there.
Second Saturday seating policy for Walt's Other Pub:
1) Available seating is dependent on where Walt's can fit us. There will usually be room for at least 25 people (maybe more depending on where we’re seated). The sooner we can get a head count, the better.
2) Seats will be guaranteed to those that respond "Going" to the event, those not on Facebook that have confirmed they will attend, and guests that we have been made aware of.
3) If you are coming and plan to bring guests, contact us to tell us how many will be joining you. We would prefer to have their names, but will accept a number of guests.
4) Please respond no later than 2:00 pm on day before the event. If the guest list is greater than 25, seating will be prioritized for those that responded as "Going."
5) If you say you will attend but cannot, please let us know by 2:00 pm of the day before the event (or as soon as possible. We understand emergencies happen). If you do not, you may not be guaranteed a seat at future events.
Again, we're working with the limited seating we have at Walt's. Your cooperation is appreciated. Also, our reservation is 11:30am - 5:00pm. Please be considerate to our host and have all games finished by 5:00, as they are getting into their evening rush and need the tables for other customers. Thank you. We hope to see you on there!
